Return and Refund
There is a 30-day refund and return policy in place.
This means that upon receiving your order there are 30 days to request a refund and then return your purchase. We offer a 100% money back guarantee once we receive your return.
HOW TO START A REFUND AND RETURN
Return
- To start a return, please contact us at support@tezbrio.com and attach your proof of purchase. This can be the confirmation email sent to you by TezBrio when you first purchased or the complete name on the card used for the purchase payment.
- Please return your item to the address below. Add the full name and the email address used at time of purchase.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know that the product refund has been authorized.
- You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.
Note
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted and refund will not be issued.
- Return cost must be paid for by the client, TezBrio does not refund the shipping cost or the return costs.
- It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 21 business days have gone by since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at support@tezbrio.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
